Return Policy

What is your satisfaction guaranteed return policy?
 

At ACON Commercial Supplies Inc., we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you experience any issues with a product you've received, we're here to help at support@aconsupplies.ca.
 

Refund and Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You may request a refund within 30 days of the product's shipment date.

  • Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Opened packages are not eligible for a return.

  • Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee will apply to all returned items. This fee is to cover the costs associated with the inspection, processing, and restocking of returned products.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please report it within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement without restocking fees.
     

Initiating a Return

To start the return process, please provide:

  1. Reason for the return. Include pictures if possible.

  2. Your order number and specific product model.

  3. Condition of the box and packaging. If opened or used, note that returns are not accepted.

  4. Note that the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Processing Your Return

We will process your return within five business days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, minus shipping costs and restocking fees. The timing of refund processing may vary by payment method.
 

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not issued for requests made more than 30 days after shipment.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accidents, abuse, or other abnormal use are not eligible for refunds.
     

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 3 days at support@aconsupplies.ca with the subject "Damaged Goods - [Order/Invoice Number]" and include a picture of the damaged product. We will either replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
